Yoga & Pilates at FitMiss!
Look forward to a calm yet invigorating Sunday morning routine with the introduction of yoga and pilates classes to our class schedule! This promises to rejuvenate your body and mind while also complementing your strength and conditioning training during the week!
Here's what you can expect from our Sunday Yoga and Pilates class:
🧘♀️ Yoga: Led by our experienced and certified yoga instructor, you will be guided through a gentle flow of postures and breathing exercises that will enhance your flexibility, balance, and inner calm. It's the perfect way to start your Sunday feeling grounded and centered while giving your muscles a chance to recover and regenerate.
💪 Pilates: Our Pilates session, designed for all fitness levels, focuses on core strength and overall body conditioning. With its emphasis on controlled movements, you'll leave the class feeling empowered and re-energized, which is an excellent way to complement your strength training sessions during the week.

🗓️ When: Every Sunday
🕒 Time: Yoga 9am and Pilates 10am
📍 Where: FitMiss Health Club’s Malvern studio- 116 Glenferrie Road Malvern
🩷 Price: We are heavily subsidising the price for all of our members down to just $15 per class! You can purchase a 5 or 10 pack.
Non Members: $25 per class purchased in a 5 or 10 pack.
📝Pack T&Cs: Packs are valid for 6 months and can be used for BOTH yoga and pilates!
